Autosham gives each person in your company a private workspace with an assistant that can read from the systems you connect to it, answer questions, and produce reports and files.
Access is by invitation. Signing up with a code creates a company, and the plan attached to that code sets how many people can have a workspace.
It reads from real systems rather than guessing, and it is asked to say where each figure came from. It is still capable of misreading data, misunderstanding a question, or stating something confidently that is not right.
Check anything you are going to act on. Do not treat its output as financial, legal, or professional advice, and do not put it in front of a customer or a regulator without reading it first.
The assistant uses the credentials you give it. If those credentials can change or delete something, so can it — a mistaken instruction can have real consequences in your own systems.
Give it the least access that will do the job. Where a service offers read-only credentials, use those. This is the single most effective thing you can do to keep a mistake small.
Keep your password to yourself and do not share a workspace login. If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the credentials you add to your workspace.
Do not use Autosham to:
We do not promise the service will always be available. It depends on infrastructure and on services we do not control, including the assistant itself and the systems you connect.
We will tell you about planned work in advance where we can. This is early software, worked on daily.
You can stop using Autosham whenever you like, and export anything in your workspace before you do.
If a subscription lapses, we suspend the workspace. Nothing is destroyed at that point, and it comes back exactly as it was if you return. We only delete a workspace after telling you and giving you a chance to take your data — never automatically, and never because a date passed.
We may suspend an account immediately if it is being used in a way that threatens the service or other customers.
Autosham is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it — including decisions taken on the assistant's output, or changes it makes in systems you connected it to.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We will update these terms as the product changes. If a change matters to you, we will tell you rather than relying on you noticing the date at the top of this page.
